On 12 July 2018 at Vibhavadi Grand Ballroom, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao. The opening ceremony was followed by a special lecture by Mr. Sonthirat Sonthi-Jirawong, Minister of Commerce on the topic of "พลัง SMEs ขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจไทย".
Mrs. Chantira Jimreivat Vivatrat, Director General of the Department of International Trade Promotion, also gave a lecture on the topic "ส่งเสริม SMEs ไทยไปไกลสู่ตลาดโลก”.
Mr. Adul Chotinisakorn, Director General of Foreign Trade Department, gave a lecture on the topic "ติดอาวุธ SMEs เสริมแกร่งผู้ประกอบการ".
A host of other activities was organised by the Department of International Trade Promotion (NEA, Thaitrade.com and information service centre 1169), Department of Foreign Trade, Post Today, and the Thai SME Confederation.
