We aim to be the best in the business of news and information in Thailand and the region, reaching out to the world.

The Bangkok Post celebrates its 67th anniversary today.
For nearly seven decades, the newspaper, Thailand’s oldest, has played its role as the voice you can trust by providing reliable, neutral, balanced and informative reports.
The paper has also carried out a role as an opinion leader, educator, adviser and forum for the betterment of society and the country.
The Bangkok Post, through the Bangkok Post Foundation, also gives back to the community by providing scholarships to underprivileged children throughout the country.
Each year on our anniversary, we receive hundreds of flower bouquets, cakes and other food from our well-wishers, much of which we have passed on to children in various communities.
To make our celebration more meaningful this year, we have planned a series of charity initiatives to further give back to the community.
We need your help to achieve this. In lieu of food and flowers, we ask our readers to send in books, stationery or other goods that would benefit our country’s young people.
Thank you very much.
